As you are aware, I submitted my resignation following the completion of my visa period, expecting a smooth transition out of the company. However, I have encountered several obstacles that have left me feeling undervalued and unsupported during this process.

Notice Period and Salary: While I understand the company policy regarding the notice period, I was surprised to be informed that I would not be allowed to work during this period, despite being willing to fulfill my responsibilities. While I appreciate the assurance of receiving my full salary, I believe that this approach lacks flexibility and understanding of individual circumstances.

Settlement Process: I am disappointed by the delay and discrepancies in the settlement process. The assurance of receiving the full settlement amount has not been upheld, as I have been informed that the payment will be issued on another date. This inconsistency is concerning and reflects poorly on the professionalism of the company.

Visa Cancellation: Proper visa cancellation is essential not only for regulatory compliance but also for the peace of mind of the departing employee. I urge the company to prioritize this process and ensure that it is conducted in accordance with all necessary regulations and guidelines.

I believe that these issues are not in line with the values of professionalism and respect that I have come to expect from this company. It is disheartening to feel marginalized and undervalued, especially during what should be a straightforward transition period.
